Availing Intellio Warranty

Every Intellio series has a different warranty period, you can refer to the series page to check the warranty period. The Intellio warranty policy details out what facets are covered under the warranty, you can read the Intellio guarantee policy here. If you feel there is a defect in the product, please reach out to us on customercare@intellipens.com. Please note that Intellio and its agents reserve the right to ascertain if the product can avail the Intellio warranty.

Returns

While we do not offer returns on our product, we shall do everything in our power to rectify any issues that you are facing. Please write to us on customercare@intelliopens.com with your order number.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, you have to do so within 48 hours of the placement if you have placed it under standard delivery. If the order is placed under expedited shipment, request for cancellation needs to come within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Once you have received a confirmation of the cancellation, please wait for two weeks time for the refund to be reflected in your bank accounts.
