Shipping Policy

Intellio aspires to provide a great customer experience before and after purchase of its products. Please go through our shipping policies before placing any orders. We use the most reputed logistics services for our delivery.

1. We ship standard (non-engraved or non-gift wrapped) orders received from Monday to Saturday within 5 business days. However, in some cases, depending on the availability of stock the duration may be altered. All information will be communicated via telephone and email. Intellio will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods. All expressed dates of delivery are tentative and might vary.

2. At the point of despatch, the outside packaging is sealed. If you feel the parcel has been tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. Please contact the customer service team on customercare@intelliopens.com

3. In case an unsuccessful attempt of delivery is made, the products are returned to our warehouse. For a delivery to be attempted again, the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges. To avoid such a situation, please write to us if you would like us to leave the parcel with someone else or would want us to despatch the items after a few days.

4. Any replacement is contingent on the product qualifying for a replacement. If you received a product, you did not order, please hold on to that product and inform us on customercare@intelliopens.com. We will contact you with the best possible solution.

5. Intellio and its agents (in the country of your residence) cannot be held liable for any delay in the shipment. We however would love to help you have a great customer experience and get the product as soon as possible, thus please email us on customercare@intelliopens.com and we will help get the parcel to you as soon as possible.
